Persona/Scenario
When designing this persona, scenario, and brief, I made sure to keep in mind what sort of person might need to use the ticket and what information the ticket might need to have on it in order to accommodate them. I developed Rachel partially with the framework provided by my teacher, then built off of it to add more dimension to use on the ticket itself.
